Cubiko Multisite & Ochre Pulse

Overview

Cubiko was built to show one practice its own performance. Ochre Health runs medical centres across Australia, and the group had outgrown that: practice managers lost a full day each week manually collating the numbers, and head office had no view across the practices at all. I led the design of Pulse, the project that became Cubiko Multisite: group-level oversight on a single dashboard, delivered to Ochre in their own brand as Ochre Pulse, so a practice manager or owner could read every site at once.
