Cover More (Zurich)

Overview

Travelex policyholders carry an app for the moments travel goes wrong: real-time safety alerts, tap-to-call emergency assistance, their coverage in their pocket. The product had grown for two years without a dedicated designer. I joined the Cover More team as that designer and redesigned its front door: the onboarding that gates everything else. Along the way I gave the product its first design system and a design process the team kept.
